Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Arts Develop ("we", "our" or "us") handles information in all games and applications published by us on Google Play (each an "App" and together the "Apps"). This single policy applies to every App listed under our developer account on Google Play, including Apps we publish in the future. By installing or using any of our Apps, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Summary

Our Apps are offline, single-player, entertainment-only games.
We do not require any account, login or registration.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
We do not run our own servers that store your personal data.
Our Apps are free and supported by advertising. Ads and analytics are provided by third-party services (mainly Google), which collect limited device and usage data as described below.
Our Apps are intended for users aged 18 and above.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not directly collect, store or sell personally identifiable information. Our Apps do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, files or precise (GPS) location.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

Game progress, scores, virtual chips or points, and settings (such as music and sound) are saved only in local storage on your device. This data is not uploaded to our servers. It is deleted when you clear the App data or uninstall the App.

4. Information Collected by Third-Party Services

When your device is connected to the internet, our Apps may use the third-party services listed below. These services may automatically collect and process the following types of data:

Device identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID), App Set ID and app instance IDs.
Device and network information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size, mobile carrier and IP address.
Approximate location: country or city-level location derived from your IP address (used by ad services).
App interactions: app opens, screens viewed, session length, and ad views and clicks.
Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data.

This data is used to show advertisements, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, understand how the App is used, fix crashes and improve our games. It is shared with the respective service provider for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to read them.

5. Advertising and Your Choices

Ads in our Apps may be personalized or non-personalized, based on your settings and your region. You can control this at any time:

Delete or reset your Advertising ID: go to Settings > Google > Ads on your Android device. After you delete it, apps cannot use it for personalized ads.
Manage Google ad personalization: visit My Ad Center.
Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: where required by law, the App asks for your consent before using data for personalized ads. You can change your choice from the privacy option in the App, where available.

You can also use the App without an internet connection, in which case no ads are shown and no data is sent to these services.

6. Device Permissions

Our Apps request only the basic permissions needed for ads and analytics:

Internet and network state: to load ads and send analytics or crash reports when you are online.
Advertising ID (AD_ID): used by the ad service for advertising and measurement.

We do not request sensitive permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call log or storage access.

7. No Real Money Gambling

Our Apps are for entertainment only. They do not offer real-money gambling, betting, deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes or rewards of any kind. Virtual chips, coins, points or scores have no real-world value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money or prizes. Success in our games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

8. Age Requirement and Children's Privacy

Our Apps are intended only for users 18 years of age or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used our App and that data related to them was collected, please contact us and we will help to delete it.

9. Data Security

Data sent by our Apps to third-party services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). We do not keep personal data on our own servers. Please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

On your device: uninstall the App or clear its data in Settings > Apps to delete all locally saved data.
Third-party data: data collected by Google and other providers is kept according to their own retention policies. You can delete your Advertising ID at any time, as described in Section 5.
Request: you may email us with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the name of the App. Because we do not hold personal data that identifies you, we will help you as far as possible, including with requests to the relevant service provider.

11. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we publish a new App or add a new service. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after a change means you accept the updated policy.
