Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all games and applications published by Arts Develop ("we", "our" or "us") on Google Play (each an "App" and together the "Apps"), including Apps we publish in the future. By downloading, installing or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

Our Apps are intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Apps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that using such games is legal where you live.

2. Entertainment Only - No Real Money Gambling

Our Apps are free-to-play games for entertainment purposes only.
They do not offer real-money gambling, betting, deposits, withdrawals, cash prizes or any real-world rewards.
Virtual chips, coins, points and scores exist only inside the game and have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods or prizes.
Practice or success in our games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
We are not connected with any real-money gaming, betting or casino platform. Any website, app or person offering money or prizes in our name is not related to us.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use our Apps on your device for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute our Apps;
use cheats, hacks, bots or modified versions of our Apps;
use our Apps or their virtual items for any form of real-money betting or trading;
interfere with ads, generate fake ad clicks, or misuse our Apps in any illegal way.

5. Advertising

Our Apps are free and supported by third-party advertisements, such as those served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products, services or websites they link to. Your use of these is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms. How ad-related data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in our Apps, including game design, graphics, card designs, sounds, music, text, logos and code, is owned by or licensed to Arts Develop and is protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Game Data

Game progress and settings are saved only on your device. We are not responsible for loss of game data caused by uninstalling the App, clearing App data, changing devices or device failure. Virtual items have no value and are not refundable or recoverable.

8. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend or remove any App, feature or content at any time without notice. Some updates may be required to keep using the App. We do not guarantee that our Apps will always be available or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arts Develop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, device damage or other loss, arising from your use of or inability to use our Apps.

11. Termination

Your right to use our Apps ends automatically if you break these Terms. You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
